Wabash Authentic Leadership Program

The Wabash Authentic Leadership was an immersive residency created by Michigan Ross Executive Education for a select group of senior leaders, occurring in April 2022. The week was customized to provide Wabash's group of VPs, Senior Directors, Directors with the tools to lead positively, collaboratively and with purpose. Wabash is a world-class manufacturer of advanced engineered solutions and services for logistics, transportation, and the distribution industry. The week's curriculum included sessions on the Michigan Model of Leadership, executive presence, influence, high-performing teams, and reciprocity. It featured simulations on decision-making, and assessments on realizing your individual strengths as a leader, in order to contribute to the whole organization.
